Condiciones de contratación
Las presentes condiciones generales de contratación regularán las relaciones que pueden surgir entre Montsaint, titular: B01958115, Calle Diderot, 26-28 – 29004 Málaga (en adelante, el prestador) y los usuarios que contraten la prestación de los servicios o productos ofertados a través del sitio web.
Returns and exchanges
In the event that the user is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the user, in accordance with the general law for the defence of consumers and users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product(s) they have purchased. However, for reasons of hygiene, the return of earrings from the jewellery section will not be permitted, except in the case of a defect in shape/manufacture, which will be exchanged.
However, the user must bear the direct cost of return to montsaint, whether he/she returns the entire order or decides to return only some of the products of the order, the cost of postage will be proportional to the volume and weight and will be priced according to the company responsible for shipping, always being borne directly by the user.
The product must be delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition, and the product must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport, the latter being responsible for any possible damage during transport. Montsaint will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use.
In the event that the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, the user will have the right to opt either for a refund of the amount paid or for the restitution of the product for another of identical characteristics.
The customer must contact the customer service department within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the package.
In this case it will be montsaint, who will be responsible for the shipping costs or return of the product; always bearing in mind that all shipments are strictly checked before being sent out.

Exchange policy Montsaint does not accept exchanges between a product purchased by the user for another product offered on the website.
Envíos
El plazo de entrega es de 48-72hrs (para pedidos con Correos – Gratuitos) o de 24-48hrs (para pedidos con MRW), desde que se gestiona el pedido. Este periodo puede verse modificado en festivos, fines de semana y periodo de rebajas.
Shipping costs will be free for orders over 15 euros for the entire peninsula and Balearic Islands through the post office. If more than 3 returns are made, the fourth shipment will have a cost of 4 euros.

Proceso de compra
Seleccionar los productos que desee adquirir de entre los ofrecidos por montsalnt en su página web.
Una vez seleccionado el/los productos que desees comprar deberás pulsar el botón “añadir al carrito”, quedando incorporado el producto a tu carrito de la compra. Si lo deseas, podrás seguir añadiendo más productos a tu cesta de la compra.
Concluida la selección de productos, te aparecerá un resumen identificando el/los artículos seleccionados.
En el proceso de compra, puedes identificarte con los datos de tu cuenta de usuario.
Por último deberás elegir el sistema de pago de tu pedido entre los ofrecidos por montsaint en su página web. Algunos medios de pago como paypal no son gestionados por la empresa propietaria de este medio de pago, por lo que montsaint declina cualquier tipo de responsabilidad en los problemas derivados de la utilización de estos sistemas o plataformas ajenas a montsaint. En caso de haberse seleccionado el pago mediante tarjeta de crédito, éste será llevado a cabo a través de la tpv del banco. En caso de realizarse el pago por otro medio éste deberá ser realizado según se haya indicado.
